TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

  • researching, registering, and renewing state and federal trademarks and federal copyrights;

  • drafting agreements for their use and protection, as well as asserting and defending claims in US courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.


 We do not assist with the prosecution, licensing, or litigation of patent matters.
